The Geist rack based airflow monitoring and control unit contains all that is needed to control the temperature of the rack by setting temperature thresholds to direct the speed of the attached fans.
Data management, alarms and reporting:
Each PDU contains an internal log detailing the entire history of the unit. The information can be viewed in a graphical format on a GUI, where users can switch between the data they need. The information can also be exported in .CSV format for database or spreadsheet inclusion, or via SNMP for integration into the Environet Building Management Software. Alarms can be assigned to report to email addresses detailing whether they are trip, clear or unplugged.
